These terms apply when you use RapAvatar, including its photo upload, rap video generation, and account features. By using RapAvatar, you agree to these terms.

Photos and other material you provide

You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload a photo, audio file, text, or other material and to use it for video generation. If the material shows another person, obtain their permission where required. Do not use RapAvatar to impersonate someone deceptively, harass a person, or violate privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or other rights.

You retain any rights you have in the material you provide. You allow RapAvatar and the service providers needed to operate it to process that material to create, store, and deliver your requested video.

Generated videos and sharing

AI generated video can contain errors or unexpected results. You are responsible for reviewing a video before sharing it and for following the rules of the platform where you post it. A generated video does not come with a guarantee that it is free of third party rights or eligible for monetization on every platform. Do not add music or other material that you lack permission to use.

RapAvatar does not claim ownership of your uploaded photo merely because you used the service. Any rights in generated output remain subject to applicable law and the rights of others.

Accounts and service availability

Keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may limit or suspend access when necessary to address misuse, security issues, or violations of these terms. Generation features, templates, and providers may change or be unavailable during testing or maintenance.

Payments

If paid features become available, the price and included credits or usage will be shown before checkout. Do not rely on an earlier price, credit balance, or feature description as a promise of future availability. For a billing problem, submit a support ticket from your account.
