This policy explains the information RapAvatar processes when you use its website and video tools.

Information we process

• Account details: Information used to create and manage your account, such as your email address, name, and sign in details.
• Content and generation records: Photos, prompts or text you submit, selected templates, generated videos, and information needed to track a generation request.
• Support requests: Messages and attachments you send through the support form or tickets page.
• Technical information: Session cookies and information needed to run, secure, and troubleshoot the service, such as request and error logs.
• Payment records: If paid features are enabled, payment providers process checkout details and we receive transaction and account records. RapAvatar does not need your full card number to provide the service.

How information is used and shared

We use this information to authenticate accounts, process video requests, store and show results, provide support, maintain security, and handle payments when available. When you request video generation, your submitted content may be sent to AI generation providers and storage services used to produce and deliver the result. Authentication and payment providers may also process information needed for their services. We may disclose information when required by law or to address misuse of the service.

Only upload a person's photo when you have the necessary permission. Avoid putting sensitive information in prompts or support attachments.

Storage and your choices

Account details, support requests, and generation records may remain stored while needed to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Storage periods can differ by data type and service provider. We do not currently publish a fixed automatic deletion period for uploaded photos or generated videos.

You can view available account and video information in your account. To ask about access, correction, or deletion of your information, use the support form after signing in or the support tickets page. We will review requests in light of applicable law and operational needs.
